What it costs.
Three tiers, published. Real projects get a written quote scoped to the business, because a five-page site should not be priced like a twenty-page one.
Website builds
A one-time fee to design and build the site. Each tier below lists a starting price and what it typically includes. The written quote you receive lists your exact deliverables, quantities, and a target launch date.
Starter
$750
one-time build, then $75/month
A single-location shop that needs to exist properly online.
- Three-page website
- Booking or inquiry widget
- Google Business Profile cleanup
Standard
$1,500
one-time build, then $99/month
Most local service businesses. The common choice.
- Full website, page count scoped to your business
- Photo session for your own imagery
- Directory cleanup and local search setup
Premium
$2,500
one-time build, then $149/month
Businesses competing hard in local search, or running more than one location.
- Everything in Standard
- Ongoing content and local search work
- A monthly call to walk through the numbers
On every build, whatever the tier
- Web analytics and lead tracking, so you can see what the site actually brings in
- Local business structured data, so search engines read your hours, area, and services correctly
- Built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA (WCAG 2.2 AA): readable contrast, alt text, labeled form controls, keyboard navigation
- A reduced-motion version for visitors who ask their device to limit animation
- Forms tested with a real submission before launch
- Two rounds of revisions
Adduco builds to the accessibility standard above as its working spec. That is a design and build standard, not a legal opinion, and assessing your regulatory obligations is outside the scope of the work.
Monthly managed growth
The monthly is not hosting rent. It is active work to keep bringing you customers: managing your Google Business Profile and local search presence, keeping the site current, maintaining your analytics, and sending a plain-English monthly report of the leads and calls the work produced.
It runs month to month, starts when your site goes live, and is billed by automatic payment from a card or bank account on file. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice and you keep everything: the site, the domain, the hosting, and the Google Business Profile, all already in your name.
Optional add-ons
These are quoted separately and billed on their own invoice lines, never folded into the website monthly.
- AI receptionist, from $99 per month, or $249 per month for round-the-clock voice answering with after-hours capture and booking. Quoted on its own invoice line, plus Wisconsin sales tax where it applies. It is configured to open each call by identifying itself as an AI assistant and noting that the call may be recorded.
- Managed advertising, from $500 setup and $450 per month to run Local Services Ads, or $750 setup and $650 per month for Google Search or Meta. You own the ad account and pay the platforms directly, so your ad budget is never marked up. Offered after your site is live and there is a baseline to measure against.
Costs passed through at cost
Some things are paid to someone else. These are always quoted separately and billed at what they cost, with no markup added:
- Domain registration, typically around $12 per year
- Photography or video shoots, where not already included in your tier
- Paid directory listings beyond what your tier covers
- Advertising budget, paid by you directly to the ad platform
How payment works
- A 50% deposit is due before work begins. On a $1,500 build that is $750.
- The balance is due when the site launches and is handed over to you.
- Invoices are itemized, so the build, the monthly plan, local search work, and any add-on each appear as their own line. You can see exactly what you are paying for.
- Payment is by card or bank transfer through the invoice link sent to you. Invoices are typically due within 7 days, and your invoice states the exact terms. Unpaid amounts after that accrue 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate the law allows, whichever is lower.
- The monthly plan is automatic payment only. Manual monthly invoices are not offered, because chasing a monthly payment is the fastest way to sour a working relationship.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where Adduco is the reason a project cannot be completed. The full cancellation terms are on the refunds and cancellation page.
What Adduco does not promise
No specific business result is guaranteed. Not a ranking position, not a traffic number, not a volume of phone calls. Anyone promising you those is guessing. What is committed to is the work itself, delivered to the written spec, on the timeline in your quote.

The prices here are starting points, not an offer. Your written quote and your signed agreement are what govern the work, and the full terms are on the terms of service page.
Every engagement starts with a written quote listing your deliverables and a target launch date, so nothing about the price is a surprise. Reach out and we can scope it.
