If you fill in the demo request form, you give and Adduco receives:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your business name, if you choose to add it
• Your current website address, if you choose to add it

That is everything the form asks you for. It also carries one hidden field that you never see, used only to catch automated spam. Nothing else on this site asks you for information, and there is no account to create.

Like every website, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page loads, such as the requesting internet address, browser type, and the page requested. That is standard server logging used to keep the site running and defend against abuse.

• No advertising or marketing trackers, and no third-party analytics scripts.
• No cookies used to follow you around the internet.
• No selling, renting, or trading of your information. Not now, not later.
• No newsletter sign-up that quietly adds you to a mailing list.

Form submissions are used for one thing: to contact you about the demo or the work you asked about. Adduco relies on your request as the reason for getting in touch, and will not add you to a marketing list off the back of it.

Adduco uses a small number of service providers to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the standard server logs described above.
• Resenddelivers form submissions to Adduco’s email inbox. Your form details pass through it as the contents of that email, and it keeps normal delivery records for that message.
• Stripe handles invoicing and payments for clients. When you pay an invoice, your payment details go directly to Stripe. Adduco never sees or stores your full card or bank numbers, only which invoice was paid and the last few digits shown on the receipt.
• Googleis involved where Adduco manages a client’s Business Profile or analytics on their behalf, under that client’s own account.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it. There is no other sharing.

Running a project means holding ordinary business records: your business contact details, the content you send for the site, signed agreements, invoices, and payment records. Financial and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires, generally seven years.

• Inquiries that do not become projects: deleted within about 12 months.
• Client project records: kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards where needed for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
• Server logs: retained for a short period by the hosting provider and then discarded automatically.

Email hello@adduco.agency and you can ask for a copy of what Adduco holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept for tax or legal reasons, and you will be told plainly if that applies.

There is no marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. If you would simply rather not be contacted again, say so and that is the end of it.

Information travels over an encrypted connection and is held in established, access-controlled services. No system is perfectly secure, and no honest business claims otherwise. What Adduco can promise is that it collects as little as possible, which is the most effective protection there is.

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and Adduco does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Any change that materially affects existing clients will be sent to them by email rather than quietly published.
