Terms of service.

This site is operated by Brandon Pineda, doing business as Adduco, a Wisconsin sole proprietorship based in West Allis, Wisconsin and serving Southeastern Wisconsin. Throughout these terms, “Adduco”, “we”, and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person or business using this site or engaging Adduco for work.

Website design and build for local service businesses, and a monthly managed growth service covering Google Business Profile management, local search work, site updates, and reporting. Optional add-ons include an AI receptionist service and managed advertising. Current prices are on the pricing page.

These terms cover use of this website and set out how Adduco works in general. Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement: a master services agreement, a one-page project spec listing your exact deliverables, and, where a monthly plan is included, a monthly services rider. You receive and sign those before any deposit is taken.

Where these terms and your signed agreement disagree, your signed agreement wins. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no project begins without a signed agreement.

• A 50% deposit is due before work begins. This is a firm rule, not a formality.
• The balance is due when your site launches and is handed over.
• Every invoice is itemized, so each service appears as its own line.
• Payment is by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Invoices are typically due within 7 days, and your invoice states the exact terms. Unpaid amounts after that accrue 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate the law allows, whichever is lower.
• The monthly plan is billed by automatic payment from a card or bank account on file, starting at launch. Manual monthly invoices are not offered.
• A failed monthly charge pauses managed services after 7 days' notice, until the payment method is updated.
• The monthly rate may change with 30 days' written notice. You can cancel instead of accepting an increase.

This is the core of how Adduco works, so it is stated plainly and it is binding.

• Your domain, your hosting account, and your Google Business Profile are registered in your name from day one. Adduco never holds your accounts hostage.
• When the build fee is paid in full, all the custom work created for you, meaning the design, the layouts, the copy written for you, and the build, becomes yours outright.
• Adduco keeps its own reusable tooling: the underlying template framework, code libraries, and build scripts. You get a permanent, unlimited license to keep using them as part of your site. You own your site; we keep our toolkit.
• Third-party assets such as fonts, stock photography, and plugins are governed by their own licenses. Where stock media is bought for your site, it is licensed in your name and you get the receipt.
• Until the build fee is paid in full, the custom work remains Adduco's property and your site is licensed to you for review only.

You provide the text, images, logos, hours, prices, and business facts the build needs, and you confirm you have the legal right to use them. That includes any license, certification, or claim such as “licensed, bonded and insured”.

Adduco will not publish a regulated or factual claim it cannot verify. You agree to cover Adduco against claims arising from content you supplied.

The quoted price includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated set of changes sent back after review. Anything beyond that, or anything that changes the agreed spec, is billed at the hourly rate in your agreement or quoted as a change order, whichever you prefer. No change-order work starts before that change order is signed.

A target launch date is written into every quote. Hitting it depends on receiving your content and feedback promptly. Some things are outside anyone’s control, notably Google Business Profile verification, which commonly takes one to three weeks. Those are not guaranteed dates.

Sites are built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA (WCAG 2.2 AA) as a working spec: readable contrast, alt text on images, labeled form controls, and keyboard navigation. Adduco designs for an accessible-by-default experience and does not install accessibility overlay widgets.

This is a design and build standard. Adduco makes no warranty of legal or regulatory compliance of any kind, and assessing your legal obligations is outside the scope of the work.

Adduco does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including search rankings, traffic volumes, revenue, or phone calls. What is committed to is the work itself, delivered to the written spec.

Adduco’s total liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees you have paid under that engagement. Adduco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or downtime of third-party services.

Either side can end an engagement in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and a kill fee may apply to work already committed. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice, and you keep everything. Full detail is on the refunds and cancellation page.

The content of this website, including its text, design, and code, belongs to Adduco unless stated otherwise. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.

The site is provided as it is. Adduco does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and may change or remove content at any time. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

Once your site is live, Adduco may show it as its own work and link to it, unless you ask in writing that it does not.

• Adduco is an independent contractor: a vendor, not your partner, employee, or agent.
• Each side keeps the other's non-public business information private.
• Neither side can transfer an agreement to someone else without the other's written approval.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and disputes are handled in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
• If any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
• These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
